The materials used are the local granite, sandstock heritage bricks, sandstone blocks and red mahogany structural timber for all the exposed beams.

The flooring is mixed hardwoods and cypress framing on the internal walls with engineered specifications for both the circular and square turrets.

The garage and carport are attached to the studio and separated from the main structure. In addition, there is a separate two storey office/bedroom off the verandah that can be used as a home office, Artist's studio, teenagers retreat, or Airbnb STCA.

Your family will have the benefit of a second lounge room underneath the main bedroom, or you may choose to configure the spaces to suit a parental retreat.

Situated on a 6,000 m2 block in quiet Repton you are only 20 minutes to Coffs Harbour and fifteen minutes to the eclectic village of Bellingen. School bus at the gate and the beach is only a 5 minute drive down Tuckers Rock Road, or a bit further to North Beach at the mouth of the Bellinger river.

The gardens are private, self-maintaining, and home to an abundance of bird life. There is plenty of flat ground to build a vegetable garden or put in a pool.
